My MO

  • The best Account Managers move through each day looking after two businesses: the agency’s, and the client’s. Taking care of the internal team first is the best path to happy and healthy client-agency relationships.

    You know how they say someone can’t love and respect you if you don’t love and respect yourself first? Yeah. That applies to agencies, too.

  • Lots of people roll their eyes at process. Reject it. Treat it like a dirty word. When it’s actually the key that unlocks so much goodness.

    I’m an expert at creating processes that give employees what they need to get the job done. Create clarity and alignment with clients. Unlock creativity and problem solving. And drive business results.
